Accommodation of Guests at Kúria Beckov Pension***

Accommodation of clients at Kúria Beckov Pension***, operated by D 3D s.r.o., Beckov No. 20, 916 38 Beckov, is governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic and these General Terms and Conditions, which also include the Accommodation Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”). The accommodated guest accepts the GTC as a contractual condition of accommodation and is obliged to comply with their provisions.

These GTC apply to contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation in the Pension, as well as to other services provided by the Pension to the guest.

The accommodation contract is concluded upon acceptance of the reservation by the Pension. The Client may make a reservation online, in person, or by email.

The Pension accommodates only clients who are duly registered for accommodation. For registration, the Client is required to complete an identification card online via the reservation system or present a passport or other valid ID to the Pension staff in accordance with Act No. 253/1998 Coll. on Residence Registration of Citizens of the Slovak Republic, as amended. Every Client who is not a Slovak citizen is required, pursuant to Act No. 404/2011 Coll. on the Residence of Foreigners, to complete or submit an official registration form upon arrival.

The contracting parties are, on the side of the Pension, D 3D s.r.o., Beckov No. 20, 916 38 Beckov, Company ID: 36327531, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, Section Sro, File No. 13662/R, and on the side of the Client, a natural or legal person. If a reservation is made by a third party, that person is jointly and severally liable together with the Client for all obligations arising from the contract unless it is proven that the Client assumes those obligations.

The Pension provides services in accordance with the reservation and within the scope defined by Decree of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic No. 277/2008 Coll., which sets classification criteria for accommodation facilities.

In exceptional cases, the Pension may offer the Client alternative accommodation, provided it does not significantly differ from the original reservation.

Unless agreed otherwise, the reserved room is available to the Client on the day of arrival from 15:00. On the day of departure, the Client must vacate and hand over the room by 10:00. In case of late check-out until 15:00, the Pension may charge a fee of EUR 50; after 15:00, 100% of the room rate for that day.

The Client is obliged to pay the agreed price for services, or otherwise the price according to the valid price list published on the Pension website.

The Pension is entitled to require advance payment of up to 100% of the service price at the time of reservation. The reservation becomes binding for the Pension only upon receipt of payment, unless agreed otherwise.

If the Client shortens the agreed stay, the Pension is entitled to charge the full agreed price for the entire reserved period.

Payment by credit card must be made before services are provided, based on the Client’s payment details. The Pension also reserves the right to charge additional amounts to the Client’s credit card for damages discovered after departure, while informing the Client accordingly.

The Pension is liable for damage to items brought in or deposited by the Client in accordance with Sections 433 et seq. of the Civil Code.

The Pension is not responsible for items forgotten or lost by the Client or for any damage occurring outside the Pension premises.

The Client may not move furniture or make any alterations in the room or apartment without the consent of Pension staff.

For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to (i) leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision, (ii) carry weapons or ammunition within the Pension premises.

From 22:00 to 07:00, the Client is required to observe quiet hours.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Pension and allowed only in designated areas.

The Client is liable for damage caused to the Pension property in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Any damage must be compensated on the day of departure.

If any provision of these GTC becomes invalid or ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

The Client is obliged to comply with these GTC. In case of serious breach of obligations, the Pension has the right to terminate the accommodation contract before the agreed period expires.

These GTC are valid from 01 December 2025.

The controller of personal data provided by the Client in connection with services is D 3D s.r.o., Beckov No. 20, 916 38 Beckov, Company ID: 36327531, which processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.


Alternative Dispute Resolution

The handling of complaints regarding services is governed by the Pension Complaints Policy.

A consumer (Client) has the right to contact the Pension as the seller to request remedy if they are not satisfied with how their complaint was handled or believe their rights have been violated.

If the Pension rejects the request or fails to respond within 30 days, the Client has the right to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.

Entities for alternative dispute resolution include authorities and authorized legal entities. The consumer has the right to choose among them. The list is available on the website of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.

The Client may also submit a proposal for ADR in accordance with §12 of Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
