Accommodation Cancellation Policy
A reservation and accommodation guarantee are provided only after receipt of payment amounting to 100% of the total price following the creation of the reservation.
Cancellation must be made in writing, stating that the specific stay or booking is being cancelled.
The cancellation notice must be signed by an authorized representative of the customer. The cancellation document must be sent by email to: recepcia@kuriabeckov.sk
If the cancellation notice does not contain the required details or is not submitted in the manner described above, the cancellation shall be considered invalid and ineffective.
A cancellation fee is understood to be an agreed contractual penalty.
The cancellation conditions represent compensation for damages incurred by the guesthouse due to the cancellation of a binding reservation and are as follows:

Cancellation 14 days or more before the start of the stay = 0% of the accommodation price

Cancellation 13 to 8 days before the start of the stay = 50% of the accommodation price

Cancellation 7 to 0 days before the start of the stay = 100% of the accommodation price
